KIRNER needle holder plates & hard metal rasps with ground-in toothing

ABOUT US

KIRNER is a 3rd-generation family enterprise, founded in 1919 by Anton Kirner. The Tachograph – and other Control Devices – were developed by Anton Kirner and manufactured in series, ancestors of digital tachographs and time recording systems used today. At that time, mall machines for the gear cutting of clock gear wheels and later, complete dental drill production plants were manufactured.

After the Second World War, the company specialized in the development and construction of machines for the grinding of tooth systems in form and rotary cutters.
Nearly 50 years ago, the production of needle-holder plates for scissors and tongs for surgical instruments were also added. KIRNER Nadelhalterplatten GmbH has been an independent company since 01/01/2015.

We commissioned newly developed machines for the production of needle-holder plates and rasps in 2016. They enable us to quickly and precisely grind gearings in various sizes and shapes from carbide plates and rasps on our own machines. This puts us in a position to address the wishes of our customers.
